Technomate Tm Twin / openpli How to use

Yesterday my technomate TM twin OE receiver said CRASH,Then Only satellite list disappear.up load by my self.one day it was work fine.I could not understand what shell I do..??? ( My knowledge about receive soft ware system very low ) Shell I up load satellite list again..??? Please advice me.Waiting for quick respond.
