They are switching from old DTMB to DVB-T2 these days.
Currently they broadcast DVB-T2 on 706 MHz & 714 MHz
Old system is still running with poor transmission state on 690 MHz & 698 MHz.
Still they haven't announced a date of official launch of new system or neither termination of old system.
But the problem is some of old customers may have to pay to migrate to new STB which is really unfair.
"If you have made more than 10 payment per year since buying the receiver you will be provided the hd receiver free..If not there will be required to pay an advance of 7200 (which will get you connected for a year).Below are the packages and prices.
Basic Package (current one already available) - rs 600 monthly
90 channels - 1100
four hd channels - rs 200 (to be added with either basic or 90 channel package)"
