My Sri Lankan startup dish setup

Moving to Sri Lanka just a few months ago, setup 2 dialog-systems for guesthouse-guests and family. Family grumblied because they were used to my german dish and here was nothing, only terrestrial snow - so dialog for the quick solution. But it will be temporary: Who needs 10 dishes on a house for one satellite and 10 bills monthly?
In Germany I received ASTRA 19°East and Hotbird 13°East with one 90cm dish, my Dreambox 7000s, the Opticron 7000CX Receiver and a Computer TV-card, which brand I can't remember. Estimated more than 1000 channels FTA (and a few others enlighted). Here not in use, doesn't work with dialog...
For Sri Lanka I still have to build up my knowledge, I am not familar withe the "local" satellites. And in wide surrounding there are no shops who offers any equipment, it needs development. Only WARUNASAT is a light in the dark.

By the way- if I am allowed to ask, it belongs not to this forum- who can give me advice or name a forum for Hot Spots, (wireless lan) in Sri Lanka. The Telecom is not able to solve the connection problems and not able to give advises and solutions. Very poor...Thanks in advance.
